This class targets beginning real estate investors who want to explore using real estate as an investment tool. Financing options, the loan process, seller financing, and creative financing will be explored, including information on how the lender determines how much home you can afford. During this interactive class, you will be taught how to identify good deals by discussing different types of properties and examining the profit and loss statements of several homes, multifamily units, HUD homes, and foreclosures currently on the market.

This class will teach you the basics of how to locate, analyze, and negotiate the best deals on the most "flippable" real estate. Learn how to finance properties, estimate the risks and rewards, estimate hard and soft costs, work with contractors, and earn profits either part-time or full-time. This class is for beginners and focuses on residential homes.
